Coming in 2012, The Building, a Modern Mediterranean Class A office building, will be located on Coral Gables’ most notable business address, Ponce de Leon Blvd. The Building will consist of 55,000-square feet of Class A office and ground floor retail space with drive-thru teller capacity for a bank user.
The Building will feature a striking architectural design, including a true floor to ceiling curved glass curtain wall on the southeast corner of the building, as well as unique amenities for its tenants.
